  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Lay out each chicken breast on a clean surface.
  3. Place avocado slices on one side of each chicken breast. Fold the chicken over the avocado to create a “sandwich.”
  4. Take two slices of bacon and wrap them around each chicken breast, ensuring that the avocado is enclosed. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each chicken breast with melted coconut oil, ensuring all sides are coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy, and the chicken is cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. If you desire crispier bacon, turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, but keep a close eye to prevent burning. Once done, remove the bacon-wrapped chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  9. Before serving, make sure to remove any toothpicks used to secure the bacon.
