  3. Add the chopped olives, shredded chicken or turkey, and continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in the chopped fresh parsley leaves, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the mixture.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs together. Add salt, black pepper, Spanish paprika, and ground turmeric (if using). Mix well to combine.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed ingredients in the skillet and stir gently to incorporate everything evenly.
  7. Using a ladle or measuring cup, fill each muffin cup with the egg mixture, ensuring an even distribution of ingredients.
