INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Wash and chop the fresh kale, removing the tough ribs.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the organic eggs until well combined.
  3. In a skillet, heat  coconut oil over medium heat. Add the chopped kale and sauté until it starts to wilt.
  4. Push the sautéed kale to one side of the skillet. Pour the whisked eggs into the other side of the skillet.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder over the eggs and kale. Season with  salt substitute and  ground black pepper substitute, as required.
  6. Using a spatula, gently scramble the eggs and incorporate them with the sautéed kale. Cook until the eggs are fully cooked and the kale is tender.
  7. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  8. Transfer the Kale Scramble to a plate and serve warm.
