INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a food processor, pulse 2 cups of shredded coconut until it resembles the texture of oats. 
  2. Rinse quinoa thoroughly. In a saucepan, combine quinoa with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until quinoa is cooked and water is absorbed.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the processed shredded coconut ( oats), cooked quinoa, dried fruit, chia seeds, ground cinnamon, and  salt substitute.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding  milk or water until it reaches your desired thickness.
  5. If desired, warm the Quinoa Bliss Bowl on the stovetop or in the microwave.
  6. Divide the Quinoa Bliss Bowl into bowls and serve warm.
  7. Top with fresh fruits, coconut cream, or any other toppings of your choice.
