INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix together olive oil,  tahini,  honey ,  turmeric powder,  salt , and  black pepper .
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the AIP Turmeric Sauce until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy at the edges.
  6. While the cauliflower is roasting, chop the pitted dates, slice the scallions, chop the cilantro, and lightly toast the slivered almonds in a pan.
  7. Once the cauliflower is done, remove it from the oven. Transfer it to a serving dish, and sprinkle with chopped dates, sliced scallions, chopped cilantro, and toasted slivered almonds.
  8. Adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more salt and pepper according to your taste.
