  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, flour,  nutritional yeast (or coconut milk powder), chopped fresh parsley, chopped fresh basil, chopped fresh oregano, gelatin egg or applesauce, pinch of fresh grated nutmeg, and coconut milk or nutritional yeast.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. If the mixture seems too dry, you can add a little more coconut milk or nutritional yeast.
  4. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
  6. Serve the Baked Turkey Meatballs.
